1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BGII ZEN LTD's car rental and leasing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years
  • Provide valid identification and payment method
  • Meet our insurance requirements

3. Vehicle Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Period

The rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when you return it to our designated location.

3.2 Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for:

  • Inspecting the vehicle before rental
  • Reporting any existing damage
  • Returning the vehicle in the same condition
  • Normal wear and tear excluded

3.3 Prohibited Uses

The vehicle may not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Racing or speed contests
  • Commercial purposes (unless specified)
  • Towing other vehicles
  • Off-road driving

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before vehicle collection. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Late returns
  • Additional mileage
  • Fuel charges
  • Cleaning fees
  • Damage repairs

5. Insurance and Liability

Our vehicles include comprehensive insurance coverage. However, you remain liable for:

  • Insurance deductibles
  • Damage resulting from negligent use
  • Loss of keys
  • Traffic violations and fines

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.

7. Breakdown and Accidents

In case of breakdown or accident:

  • Contact our 24/7 support immediately
  • Do not attempt repairs yourself
  • Report accidents to police if required
  • Obtain incident reports and documentation

8. Limitation of Liability

BGII ZEN LTD's liability is limited to the value of the vehicle rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
